How a large resort water park improved its water quality
Problem
A large resort with an indoor water park was experiencing severe rusty water and water-quality issues, forcing repeated indoor pool closures and disrupting daily operations.
Solution
Sterling Water performed onsite water testing and examined the existing treatment equipment, finding that the current system and media were no longer capable of properly treating the water. Our team recommended a new water treatment solution that focused on upgraded equipment and improved filtration media to better meet the facility’s water-quality demands.
Result
Once the commercial water treatment system design was approved, our team worked closely with the water park and its mechanical contractor to complete the installation. The project included removing outdated water treatment equipment, installing new filtration tanks, loading filtration media and completing all system piping connections. After startup and system optimization, the facility achieved consistent water quality throughout its operations, eliminating rusty water issues that previously caused regular pool shutdowns.
